When absolute durability is key, our Weatherking Series is the perfect solution. At 1/2” thick, and 78oz per total sq/yd, Weatherking is built to last indoor, or out. The unique needle-punched polypropylene fibers are fade-resistant to UV and many harsh chemicals. Like all of our products, each mat is 100% produced in the USA.

A glimpse into the process.
Each Weatherking mat starts with sourcing the highest quality raw materials available to the market. Our in-house design team works side-by-side with clients to take their unique ideas from conception to reality. Never dyed or embroidered, a skilled craftsman prepares each color of the design to be perfectly cut using our state-of-the-art CNC machines.
For added definition, each piece is hand-trimmed and inspected. These pieces are then inset like a puzzle, reinforced, and fused with industrial hot melt. This labor-intensive process ensures superior quality and longevity unrivaled in today’s custom mat industry.
