Gold Series mats are produced using a 3/8” thick, 100% nylon, 86oz plush carpet. Gold Series mats are the perfect way to promote your brand or personal style anywhere a durable and high-quality logo mat is needed.

A glimpse into the process.
Each Gold Series mat starts with sourcing the highest quality raw materials available to the market. Our in-house design team works side-by-side with clients to take their unique ideas from conception to reality. Never dyed or embroidered, a skilled craftsman prepares each color of the design to be perfectly cut using our state-of-the-art CNC machines.
For added definition, each piece is hand-trimmed and inspected. These pieces are then inset like a puzzle, reinforced, and fused with industrial hot melt. A final layer of high-performance, non-skid rubber backing is added for greater stability and protection to customer’s flooring. This labor-intensive process ensures superior quality and longevity unrivaled in today’s custom mat industry.
